How to Lose 10 pounds in one week?

Here is how to lose 10 pounds in one week. Run on the treadmill one hour per day, lift weights for half an hour per day, eat 800 calories, and burn 1,000 calories via physical activity. Your diet should consist of only lean proteins, non-starchy vegetables, black coffee, and water. You must sleep 9 to 10 hours per night, as your body will be exhausted and famished. Therefore, you must abstain from seeing your boyfriend, friends, or doing anything social.

If you adhere to this plan for one week, you will be amazed with the results. Then, you are able to go back to your regular eating patterns of sweets, wine, pizza, fast food, etc. Of course, you will need to jump back into this plan one week after your regular eating patterns to re-lose those 10 pounds and then the extra 5 pounds you put on from finally feeding yourself after a solid week of deprivation.

Does this sound like you? Constantly "yo-yo-ing" with your diet plan and exercise? Are you on Google often searing phrases like "How to Lose 10 pounds in one week?" Do you believe you have to be completely black and white with your lifestyle habits in order to see results? Are you under the impression that you must lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time? Do you predict a healthy lifestyle must be strict like keto, paleo, or vegan? If so, think again!

The key to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle is finding a way of eating and exercising that you want to do until the day you die! That's right, I said it! It is a lifestyle, not a diet. There is no quick fix or magic pill or plan. Instead, a healthy lifestyle is about trial and error and finding what works best for you and your lifestyle!

If you hate broccoli, do not eat broccoli- there are other nutrient dense foods out there. If you hate running- do not run! There are plenty of other forms of physical activity.

Finding ways to eat and to move your body that you actually enjoy will make finding your healthy and happy weight easy! I love oatmeal and I love Pilates, so I incorporate both of those into my daily routines. I love my friends and I love wine, so I make sure once I week I see friends and drink wine.

I dislike cardio, but I love walking- so I walk daily! I hate green beans, but I love brussels sprouts, so I incorporate eating those into my daily diet. I dislike boxing, but I love to lift weights, so I incorporate this into my routine. Are you seeing the pattern here?

A healthy diet and workout plan only goes as far as it is sustainable. What is the good of reaching your ideal place if it was miserable to get there, and you want to throw in the towel right after? Your hard work and results will disappear!

Even if it takes you longer to achieve the results you want, because you do so in a realistic manner, it is worth it. Finding sustainability, health, and balance are not easy- it is difficult! However, it is less difficult than constantly putting yourself through "yo-yo" dieting.

And after all.... all things that are worth it are hard and take work and effort! You've got this!

The key to "losing 10 pounds in a week" is to stop thinking in all or nothing terms and turn your back on extreme ideas. Instead, enjoy the process, enjoy your life, work hard, stay consistent, and the results will come!
